v0.3 RELEASED!

• Fixed setting sliders not working after going to levels.
• You can now press 'esc' to go back to the menu.
• The reset button now appears once you reach the last level.
• Added a camera shake when you're on cooldown.
• The end screen animation is more fluent.
•  Fixed the offset walls in freeplay and the camera zooms in when you're about to score.
